A conclusive remark.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of employers\u2019 juridical responsibility for workers\u2019 health and safety has undergone several transformations in the passage from industrial to post-industrial system, i.e. from a system essentially focused on the production of material goods to a system essentially focused on the production of immaterial goods: information, new ideas, projects, services, design, and so on.
